* 20 kms from mountains of "Hauts du Languedoc":
a lot of activities and walks during summer

* 1h from Carcassonne and its medieval city,
* 1h30 from Nîmes and its roman vestiges
* 20 minutes from Pézenas, Molière's town

Description of the Gite

Located in a viticultural domaine, it is a very nice self-contained house, surrounded by vineyard

and a big patio under oaks.

We recommand it for 5 guests

* a very nice kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, a dish-washer, a micro-wave, an electric oven,

a 4 gas cooker with hood, a double kitchen sink, electric coffeepot, bread-grill, table and chairs, radio + kitchen tools

· A 25 m2 nice living and dining room with ornamental fire-place, big bay-window,

a sofa and 2 arm-chairs, a small table, TV, lamp, a big table with 5 chairs,

shelves, 2 wall-cupboards.

· A bathroom with shower, bidet, wash-basin, a
5 Kg washing-machine, hair dryer, cupboard

· A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 2 bed tables, 2 lamp tables,

wall-cupboard with mirror

· A bedroom with 2 bunk-beds and one single bed, 2 lamp tables, 2 bed tables,

wall-cupboard with mirror

· A cupboard with shelves, laundry iron and ironing board, brooms etc.

· A shaded area under oaks with a big table and benches, 2 chair lounges for relaxing,

a big barbecue, children games.

Our tariff includes 8 KW a day. It will be requested 0,15 €/ extra KW
Town Taxes : 0,3 €/adult/day

Holiday's dates: "HERE"

The booking starts from Saturday at 16:00 p.m. to the next Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
We do not receive anyone after 22:00 p.m..
